Spend the weekend lakeside in the beautiful Irish Hills learning all about brews! We will be discussing a wide variety of herbs and several methods of extraction. Class sessions will cover teas, tinctures, alcohol, vinegar, wild soda pop, cordials, elixers, and tonics. Between classes, you will enjoy delicious meals that include locally harvested wild ingredients with, of course, a variety of brews to drink. And you will have some time to relax and enjoy the lake, sit by the campfire, wander around the 12 acre property, or lay in a hammock with a book. Plan to go home with a plethera of bottles and potions. Sorry men, this camp is for feminine energies only.

We will meet on Friday evening (6-9pm), all day Saturday (9am-9pm), and Sunday morning (9am-noon).

Price includes lecture/discussion style classes all 3 days, all materials, 5 gourmet quality meals (friday dinner, 3 meals saturday, and sunday breakfast), camping location (BYO tent/hammock/camper), and access to the lake (including kayaks and fishing poles- private, so no license required) for the weekend.
Ages 13 and up. Please contact us if you have limited mobility or are in poor health so that we can make sure we can accomodate your needs.
Can’t afford it? We are able to offer 1 scholarship spot in this class to someone ages 13-25, over 65, on disability, or on a fixed income. Contact us for details.
